About CashLoop

Invoicing, subscriptions and cash flow, built for the way businesses in Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Qatar actually work.

Why we built it

Most invoicing software is built for one market and translated into others. The currency is an afterthought, the Arabic is a right-to-left stylesheet bolted onto an English layout, and the payment methods your customers actually use are missing. We started CashLoop because the businesses we knew were running their operations across a spreadsheet, a WhatsApp thread and an accounting package none of them liked.

What we focus on

Recurring revenue. Plenty of tools can produce an invoice; fewer can tell you what a customer is worth over a year, what you pay a supplier to serve them, and what is left. If you resell services — hosting, managed IT, maintenance contracts, telecoms — the margin on each subscription is the number that matters, and it is the number most tools cannot show you.

Where we operate

Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Qatar, with pricing in EGP, SAR, QAR and USD. Every screen works in Arabic and English, right-to-left included, because switching language should not mean switching to a worse version of the product.

How we build

Small team, short cycles, and a strong preference for fixing the thing in front of us over adding a thing beside it. If something in CashLoop is wrong or slow, we would rather hear about it than not — the contact page goes to people who can act on it.
