Legal
Terms of Service
The agreement between your business and CashLoop.
The agreement
By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of your organization. If you are not authorised to bind your organization, do not create the account.
Your account
You are responsible for who you invite, what access you give them, and for keeping credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you enter, including your customers' details.
Plans, trials and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance in the currency shown at checkout. Trials run for the stated period and convert to the plan you selected unless cancelled before the trial ends. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We will give notice before changing prices for an existing subscription.
What we provide
Access to the service as it exists, with the modules your plan includes. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where practical.
What you may not do
Use CashLoop to send unsolicited messages, store data you have no right to store, attempt to access another organization's data, probe or overload the service, or resell access without a written agreement with us.
Your data
Your data remains yours. You can export it at any time from Settings. We use it to provide the service and as described in the privacy policy, and for nothing else.
Suspension and termination
You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. We may suspend an account for non-payment or for a breach of these terms, and will tell you why. After termination we retain your data for a limited period so it can be recovered or exported, then delete it.
Compliance is yours
CashLoop is a tool for producing and tracking commercial documents. It is not tax, legal or accounting advice, and using it does not by itself make your invoicing compliant with the tax rules of any country. You remain responsible for meeting the requirements that apply to your business.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
